The park includes a Blue Diamond Garden Centre and other retail outlets including The Works, Pets Corner and Inflata Nation. Parking is free with height restriction barriers, there is a bus stop on the A1139.

Peterborough Garden Park as it was called originally was constructed at a cost of £25 million by Carter Construction, opening in February 2010. According to Carter "As part of the design, timber was sourced from sustainable forests, the equivalent of 800 lorry loads of soil was recycled and utilised on site, low energy photo sensitive lighting was incorporated." In 2017 Norwich-based commercial property investment, development and management company, 'Targetfollow' purchased the garden park for £12 million and renamed it Peterborough One Retail Park. An Aldi opened on the site in 2020 after a 1.5 acre piece of land was sold the supermarket for £1.5million. The park was then sold to Blue Diamond for £16 million in November 2022.

Werrington Launderama is a cash-only launderette that offers both service washes and self-service wash and drying facilities. If you put money in any of the machines and they then don't operate for any reason, make sure you ring them immediately on 01733 571371.

It can get busy at times, especially on Saturdays and you may have to wait to use the dryers in the winter. The office is normally staffed Monday, Thursday and Saturday 9am - 3pm.

Last Wash is at 4.30pm
Last dry is 5.15pm
All machines should be empty by 5.45pm
